Contract *

I understand that I will show up to my session promptly and that if I am late, session time may be shortened.

Model Release: I agree that Sarah P Thomas Photography may use the images from my session for the following reasons, not limited to: portfolio, social media, advertising, website, marketing, and blog.

If you do not want your images on social media, feel free to let me know ahead of time. Sarah P Thomas Photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

Online gallery will be prepared within 2-3 weeks of the session.

Please understand that if illness or death in the family occur, this timeline may be lengthened up to 3.5-4 weeks.

Cancellations are appreciated 72 hours in advance whenever possible.

Payment is transferrable to another session but not refundable.

Time slot will not be reserved until $125 session fee is paid in full via online invoice or venmo.

The remaining balance is due the week before the session via online invoice, cash, venmo or check payable to Sarah Thomas.

 Print release will be given to client for printing through other sources.
